Design Notes:
Much of this build was done straight from Pluto's "The 3.5 Assassin's Handbook" on the Minmax boards.
He was kind enough to do the legwork, so that I could put together these stats for you guys.
The stats themselves are fairly straightforward. The Bookkeeper is a decent assassin who specializes in swift killings, making his entrance, doing the deed, and leaving. Should things go sour, turning into a fight, he resorts to his unarmed strikes and abilities to turn invisible and silence the area in a last attempt to eliminate the target, or to extract himself.
He is a very orderly, neat man, and does not approve of waste of any kind. He won't go out of his way to kill those who he has not been paid to kill, but he is also not above it.
The job must be done, and the books must be kept balanced; one name on the left page means a sum and a checkmark on the right page.
Carmendine Monk has been used to improve his Unarmed Strike on any given day.
The Bookkeeper always takes careful notes on any job, and approaches each job with caution, waiting to make sure he knows all the facts before moving to strike.
More about his personality will become clear from the upcoming story.
